We warrant each cartridge to be free of defects. Our cartridges have not been refilled, recycled or reconditioned, but have been remanufactured to the highest standards, under controlled conditions.

Thorough quality control procedures coupled with the extensive experience of the production personnel guarantees a quality product. Each cartridge is covered with our Risk Free Guarantee. Use Ink & Media Ltd’s products with complete peace of mind, we will unconditionally guarantee these products for a full 18 months. If you are not 100% satisfied we will collect from you Free Of Charge, replace or reimburse you whichever you prefer.

We further guarantee that, subject to normal use, this toner cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any laser printer for which it was designed. In the unlikely event that this cartridge is found to be the sole cause of a printer failure we will pay the full costs of service and repair of the printer, dependent on an engineer’s report on service company letterhead, dated and signed by a company representative. The service company shall confirm that such costs are at the standard rates for time and materials. Our liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement, as stated above and shall exclude consequential loss , however arising.

Returns Procedure
Notice of the problem should be given to us before its return, when a returns authorisation number will be issued and collection arranged. A print sample should be included and the product returned should be protected from light and repackaged in its bag and original packing. Light damage to the drum will invalidate credit. This guarantee does not apply to cartridges which have been largely emptied in normal use. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
