
We are a UK based company and do not operate a delivery service outside the United Kingdom. Any online orders received for addresses outside the UK will not be dispatched and a refund will be made with a deduction of a 5% administration fee.
All items on our site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). Our prices shown on our web site include VAT where applicable.

Orders over £100 qualify for Free Delivery. If you purchase items not qualifying for free delivery you will be given a choice of delivery methods and prices to choose from during the checkout process for all goods shipped to addresses in the UK.
Orders received before 3.30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received on weekends and Public Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Free Delivery is via Royal Mail. Deliveries to UK mainland destinations on orders placed before 3.30pm may be upgraded to a guaranteed* next working day delivery for £5.91 + VAT (£6.95) which can be selected at the checkout.
We will refund the carriage cost in the event of late delivery. This guarantee does not apply if The Royal Mail is unable to find someone to sign for the delivery, and have to leave a “We're holding an item of mail for you” card.
If your order is heavy or bulky, and not suitable for delivery via Royal Mail, we may use a licensed UK carrier service at no additional charge to you.
We always send an email to the email address you submitted to inform you when your order has been dispatched If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.
If you have received an email informing you of the despatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your goods within ten working days you should contact us. Unfortunately we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed. Over 40% of lost or missing parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. To make a claim for non receipt of goods Please wait 10 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as The Royal Mail will not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. They allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender. Please note a false claim for compensation could result in criminal prosecution. If you do not notify us within 21 days of ordering that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by you, you must inform Ink & Media Ltd within 48hrs receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.
When you place an order we need to collect information from you to enable us to process your order quickly and efficiently. You will see a padlock or key icon appear in the corner of your web browser window to indicate a secure SSL connection has been made.
We need to know your name, address and credit or debit card details so that we can process your order. We need your telephone number and e-mail address to enable us to contact you should there be any problem with your order.

Once you have an RMA No returned products should be shipped to the following address and we advise that you send via recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival as we will not refund or replace until the goods have been received back by us.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it once you have obtained an RMA Number (without giving a reason if you wish) up to 14 days after receipt of your order. All items must be kept in original packaging (including their documentation, accessories, warranty cards etc.) and should be returned along with the original receipt and invoice. Postage and insurance are not refundable.
Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund including the cost of carriage. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be pleased to replace these products provided prior Returned Merchandize Authorization is obtained. An RMA number must be requested within 90 days of the order date. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
