Overseas Customers (non UK)

We are a UK based company and do not operate a delivery service outside the United Kingdom. Any online orders received for addresses outside the UK will not be dispatched and a refund will be made with a deduction of a 5% administration fee.

Sales Tax (VAT)

All items on our site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). Our prices shown on our web site include VAT where applicable.

Delivery

Option 1 - Free Delivery

We offer a FREE Delivery service on all orders In most cases we send orders by First Class Royal Mail 98% of these orders are delivered next working day if ordered before 3.00pm Monday - Thursday. For larger goods or goods of a high value we may choose to send your order by courier, or a combination of both if we feel this is more appropriate.

Option 2 – Express Delivery – Next Working Day

We also offer a Priority Courier service which offers next working day delivery when ordered before 3.00pm Monday – Thursday. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday This is just £6.95 + Vat for mainland UK (please note that courier delivery to highlands & islands may take 2 to 3 days).

Guaranteed definition:

We will refund the carriage cost in the event of late delivery for orders upgraded to Express Delivery next working day. This guarantee does not apply if The Royal Mail or Courier Company is unable to find someone to sign for the delivery, and have to leave a “We're holding an item of mail for you” card.

Non Receipt of Goods

We always send an email to the email address you submitted to inform you when your order has been dispatched If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.

If you have received an email informing you of the despatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your goods within ten working days you should contact us. Unfortunately we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed. Over 40% of lost or missing parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. To make a claim for non receipt of goods Please wait 10 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as The Royal Mail will not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. They allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender. Please note a false claim for compensation could result in criminal prosecution. If you do not notify us within 21 days of ordering that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Shortages

In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by you, you must inform Ink & Media Ltd within 48hrs receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the data protection act 1988). We are registered under the data protection act, our Registration Number is Z1461626.

When you place an order we need to collect information from you to enable us to process your order quickly and efficiently. This may include passing your details to our vendors for them to send your order to you, and also passing your details to delivery companies so that they can deliver your parcel. We do not sell mailing lists to other companies.

When you type in your details they will be encrypted and sent to us using a secure server (SSL). You will see a padlock or key icon appear in the corner of your web browser window to indicate a secure SSL connection has been made.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • address
  • phone number
  • e-mail address
  • credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, the law and the Safebuy Code of Practice.

Unsolicited Commercial Email / Spam

We will not send any unsolicited commercial email (also known as spam) to personal email addresses and all marketing emails will include details of how to opt-out / unsubscribe.

Returns Policy

No-Quibble Returns Policy

We back all of our products with a full guarantee. In the unlikely event that you experience any difficulty with your order our team are here to offer email & telephone support. If we are unable to resolve your problem to your complete satisfaction we will either exchange the goods or offer a full refund.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong product we will offer to exchange the goods or provide a refund when you return the goods unopened and in a re-saleable condition, within 30 days of purchase. Please ask your Post Office for proof of posting as we cannot accept liability for lost items without proof of posting.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or we inadvertently send you the wrong item we will refund your postage costs upon receipt of the products. In the case of a refund where you return only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed a proportion of the shipment charge equivalent to that one item as a proportion to the number of items you purchased.

Please Read Before Returning Goods

If product(s) from Ink & Media Ltd need to be returned for whatever reason, The Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting customer service at customerservices@inkandmedialtd.co.uk or Tel 0800 043 8116.

Once you have an RMA No returned products should be shipped to the following address and we advise that you send via recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival as we will not refund or replace until the goods have been received back by us.

  • All returns must be pre-authorised and accompanied by an RMA number obtained from customer services at Ink and Media Ltd
  • Goods returned without authorisation will be refused.
  • The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any fault, including missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Faulty printer cartridges must be returned with a print sample if appropriate to the fault.
  • Accidental damage, neglect or misuse of items will not be acceptable for return.
  • Incorrectly ordered products cannot be returned if the box and/or seal has been opened.
  • The customer shall pay any carriage costs involved in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.
  • Please ask your Post Office for proof of posting as we cannot accept liability for lost items without proof of posting.
  • Refunds will be made by the same method of payment

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 0800 043 8116. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order
